Is 500 ppfd on new seedlings ok?My light dimmer only lowers to 500 ppfd. I’m starting autoflower seedlings in a space tote before I move them into my perpetual harvest tent. I’m currently propping the light on its side so that the indirect light only hits around 300-400, as an attempt to reduce light bleaching.Setup. Lighting

Light distance to plants in flower.What is the best light distance during flower?
I'm currently going into my second week of flower and wondering the best height for light. Its currently sitting at 40cm but I have been told to bring it up to 60-70cm during flower?
