Oh and by reaching for the light they are stretching to get closer because it is not bright enough. You want to either increase the brightness or go full light. At the stage they are at they can handle full led light at 60 cm
Just stick with 100%. LED lights are more plant friendly. Keep it around 60-80 cm then drop it down 5cm at a time until you reach around 40 cm. Your plants look like they are reaching for your light( long stems ). I would add some more soil in to help keep them upright. If you see the leaves pointing up like they are preying then the light is to close and back it off a bit.
Just leave the light full power start from about 90-100 cm distance, let the plants grow into the light, then lower to 60 cm when the plants develop three or four nodes . The difference in consumption is minimal and i found much more practical not bothering with dimming.

Hey friend, how's it going?
If your light is adjustable, you can set it to about 30cm, then at the same time you increase the power, raise the light to about 50cm...
Good luck with the grow and hugs!
