Stunted too much? Cut losses or hope for the best?

Today is day 1 of week 3 (photos in week 2 taken last night). I know I made a mistake with soil choice and also had some temp/humi issues in week 1.
Cut my losses and start new or hold out hope that they will surge before they try to flower? Maybe they are just working on roots?

I will certainly look into different container sizes, for the next grow... since I already feel like these are problematic, I don’t want to transplant them and take a chance on stressing them more. Being auto flowers, I don’t think they would recover in time.

Stunted auto due to humidity. Will this grow any more or should I rip it out?My gorilla cookies auto which is at week 5 stopped growing @ 2 nodes due to humidity dropping to below 25%. Humidity has been rectified around week 3 and now is back up to 45%. Plant now seems to be focused on budding but only has 1 very short cola. Would this get bigger or...?

Who grows in coco?Anyone grow in coco? My coco been staying wet for well over a week now. Prior to this I would water every couple days, then my plants turned yellow and stopped growing. Indoor companions in the same container? I already use the CO2 mushroom bags. But what about in with the plants container an in an indoor grow?I am using coco coir and perlite as the medium. I would assume it would only make a difference if it was in the same container as the plants to interact. Or be a fungus, I think most produce at least some amount of CO2.

Yellow spots and purple stemsI have these yellow spots on my fan leaves and purple stems on just one of my Girl Scout Cookies. Both being fed the same thing, temps are stable and so is humidity. Don't understand what's up with this girl. 1st 4 pics of issue plant last is of her healthy sister.
