Thought I was in rooting mode, switched to veg stage immediately after finding out they were already rooted, have a couple others still rooting because they’re wilted probably from changing conditions in a hurry (during my lunch break) started on day 1 with 6 & then the next day (day 2 for them) I got 8 more by accident unexpectedly so I had to rush getting them in the right conditions cuz I had to work from 11-7 only 30 min break. Moms husband is crippled after snowboarding accident so he was here when they were delivered bust wasn’t able to help so I had to move fast which probably caused a lot of shock & stunting their growth wouldn’t be surprising. House lamp light for rooting 24” from plant & humidity 90% 75 degrees f in grow tent no heat pad, veg on heat pad in furnace room in Roberts basement with Dougs fluorescent light

What should I do when my plants are wilted & stems are bent ?? I just received these clones & thought they were still rooting but was told they were ready for veg, but since then they’ve been wilted so I put them back in the rooting stage 90% humidity & 75 degrees F ...

Hi there,You know what even if they are rooted, you still need to treat them like seedling.Yours other conditions are good.I only worry about your watering habit. If your clones well rooted, giving 30~50ml of water would be enough. But in your case,I can’t see many hope. Those wilting leaves are look like root is already damaged.Happy Growing... ✌️

Too much water, caused by excessive watering leads to a plant wilting. Overly saturated soil can make it harder for plant roots to absorb water because they do not have the oxygen they need for absorption.

I’m on week 2 of veg , when should I transplant my plants from the 1 gallon to the 3 gallon. They look like they could but I’m not able to check how many roots there are cuz of the fabric pot.

They could go another couple weeks in the fabric pots without issue but I would transplant them now and not worry about it. Good luck with the fabric transplant

I’m using fox farm nutrients. How much do I use & do I pour it in my water? Do I ph balance my water after I’ve added it if so? Can I mist nutrients over the leaves or is it only for the soil ? Last, when do I switch from grow big to the others ?

Since your growing photoperiods it should be fine to go with the schedule they give, you want to add the nutrients to the water and then ph it to the proper level after, and No your not suppose to spray this type of nutrients on plants to foliar feed, the light and this will make them burn, and as far as when to start you bloom nutrients, you want to switch about a 1 week after switching to 12/12.

This week was stressful. Transplanted from 1 gallon fabric pots to 5 gallon fabric pots. I’m realizing now how difficult it is to remove the plant from the fabric pot during transplanting. I also dropped my short Runtz plant on itself 2 times while trying to elevate it closer to the light because it’s shorter than the rest (8”). I’ve been using too much nutrients as week, need to cut in half. Getting a tds meter today, I think I use that for temperature not sure what else though.

Does this look ok? I have 2 plants not growing as fast as my macchiato plant. The other two are different strains, Runtz & Zittles. I don’t want to over do it but I know light is key so I thought I’d ask. Both 1000 watt uv & the other is led. I’m on veg week 5 of all 3.

For 5 weeks those plants are very small. Neither of those lights is actually 1000 watts. My guess would be 120 actually watts from the wall...maybe. What is the size of your grow area? You can grow with a blurple. My friend grew great plants with a blurple but they are not ideal. I would recommend just dropping the coin on a good light. I spent 520$ for an LED for a 2x4 tent. So yeah, they are expensive but worth it over time when you consider money saved not buying.

I added a soil chord pot heater, packet for humidity increase, put in 2 lights. I also decreased the amount of plants I have down to 2 because of the speed the Runtz was growing was too slow compared to the other 2 - my rent lease is up in august. They seem to be growing healthy, just keeping an eye out for pests/mold now while I wait for flowering. Watering 1 every 3 day, 1 watering with fox farms big bloom (1 cup for 2 gallons) & fox farm grow big (40 ml for 2 gallons) - 1 gallon of water per plant with ph level 6, tds 600 & all the other information I entered for this week. If the plants need something or anything, can you comment below. This is my first grow-week 6 of veg. Thank you 🤙🏽

Looks like I got more than one cola on my macchiato plant, the Zittles is catching up in height just nit a lot of leaves. Been looking out for mold and pests, not sure how good I am at that. Tried some LST by cutting off some leaves on the bottom where they weren’t getting light. I added another fan for mid range, getting to clip ones for blowing top of plants. 1 gallon of water each every 3 days basically. Watered 2 days ago, watering again tomorrow w/ nutrients. Thinking about starting flowering 5/3, what do you suggest? & temp has been hard to control, super hot where I’m at. What should I do ?

I can see growth. Pretty sure they’ve reached there optimum height of 22”- 25”. Did a little bit of lollipopping, a little scared to do too much cuz it’s my first grow. I’m starting to think the one of the left is my Runtz. & the other might gushers. I mixed up my clones in the beginning like an idiot. I just misted which is why they’re shining. Only watered this week no nutrients. I also snapped a couple branches while lollipopping I placed them above a stem that’s not broken so hopefully that’ll be a crutch enough so slow it to heal.

I did some defoliation yesterday , been lollipop-ping quite a bit since I started flowering. My partner got spider mites earlier this week so I’ve been extra cautious about washing my hands and stuff. So far , I think the plants are cooperating with my lack of experience. This has been fun so far I can’t wait to see how they turn out.

I’m adding a mix of molasses, cal mag & advanced nutrients to my water this week. Buds are blooming more and more everyday. I’m seeing two colas on my middle plant which is cool because That means I might’ve done something right when I tried training these guys. Smells not too pungent but I’m always around weed so I probably wouldn’t be able to tell if it was or not. Otherwise, I’ve just been sitting back waiting for harvest. I also put some lady bug lacewing pests on my soil so get rid of any spider mites or whatever just incase. I’m reluctant on spraying anything because I don’t want the stuff to leave stuff on my buds so I’m hoping that helps. My temp & humidity have been pretty consistent. I’m hoping neutral humidity and a fluctuation between 70-80 degrees F is ok because that’s the climate they’ve been in for a while & consistently this week.

I noticed some leaves changing colors earlier on this week which lead me to think I had a cal mag deficiency. I changed the cal mag solution to formulex instead of the botanicare cal mag solution. Hopefully the missing micronutrients help them recover. The formulex also has cal mag so I went ahead and did 15 ml of that. I’m still noticing the deficiency tho. More rusty spots than yellowing time, on all 3 plants. I’m hoping this next feed will recover them. I’m not sure what to do besides up there dose of cal mag. Besides that, I’m cool with how things are going. I trust that they know what they’re doing just working on trusting myself at this point.

Still a lot of nutrient deficiencies. Apart from that, I added another fan to circulate the air on top of the plants. They smell like lemonade. They have amber hairs showing on top of some of the buds. They’re also super sticky now.

This week was rough for both me & the plants. They suffered through a couple power outages & under watering. I’m not sure if I’m seeing signs of an infestation or if I’m just being paranoid. If it is, what should I do since it’s near harvest time? I also had a major accident with my grow light dropping down onto one of the plants main stem. I went ahead and cut it to harvest early as maybe a sample? Or idk, I just don’t want to throw it away. Last 2 times I watered, it was just water & formulex. I’m gonna use overdrive by advanced nut. Next time I water.

This week was easy. Just been sitting back & watching them do their thing. Buds are packed. They smell like lemonade - not too strong but enough to tell there’s weed around. I used flawless finish to help with flushing. It said use the last week of bloom which I’m considering to be this week. Nothing too crazy going on besides power outages, still. Otherwise, I’m chilling, waiting for this next weeks harvest.

The trichomes on these buds can be seen from a mile away. The smell is strong & has a hint of diesel & citrus. This has been somewhat of a breeze especially considering it to be my first grow. The yield is low but I’m pretty sure that’s because of the light I bought-cheap philzone I got on Amazon. Otherwise, I’m excited to see how it all turns out. I gave them 24 hours of darkness before I cut them down by the stem. I hung them on hangers inside of my grow tent. Stem was hard to cut but I managed. I have a bowl for humidity in the center of the tent as well as a humidifier. The temperature is gonna be hard to keep at 60 F because it’s summer. I just bought another fan though so I hope that lowers it down. I don’t have a scale right now so I can’t measure how much I got right now, that’s coming in the mail too.

This has been a fun experience, watching this plant grow & being able to log it all on here. I got really lucky with these clones, bought them from an online source which was a gamble but I had hope. I’m glad I finally made the decision tho. It’s taken me years to finally be able to do this and I couldn’t have asked for a better grow considering this to be my first. Anyways, I’m proud of myself & excited to see how it turns out.

This plant (actually my macchiato not Zittles, I messed up in my diary) grew to be bushy & easy to grow considering how well it adapted to my lack of skills. Not a fan of the yield but that’s my own fault, my cheap light & light leaks during its dark period. I forgot to ph balance my water a couple times but kept it around 6.0-6.5 when I did balance it. I definitely could’ve waited another week or 2 weeks before I harvested to allow for more flushing. It smokes kind of harsh when you inhale but it tastes like sprite so that’s cool. All in all, I have a lot to learn and I’m excited.

This is my macchiato harvest actually. I messed up on my diary. Anyways, this was an easy plant considering it was my first time. I definitely put the plant through hell in the beginning & throughout. Starting with all the all transplanting shock, lack of environmental control & transporting I did then leading to the moment I forgot to ph balance my water before feeding 2 times. I had fun though, no pests or fungi just nutrient deficiencies. I have to wait to move to my new place before I can start my 2nd grow but I’ll be sure to capture it on here when I do.

You're doing super well dude. Your intuition is really good. And I dig that you like ask a lot of questions, try find confirmation and that sort of shit. Like when you say.... "I’m hoping neutral humidity and a fluctuation between 70-80 degrees F is ok because that’s the climate they’ve been in for a while & consistently this week. " I swear you're being sarcastic? That's practically perfect. I've got outdoor seedlings with fluctuations between like 37-70f atm. :| ....and it gets colder...but I've grown shit through worse than that, to pretty good effect tbh. Looks super to me (and I've personally grown well more than a thousand plants, lots of experimentation, massively varying conditions). Might want to lower your nutes just a little bit though. Especially that calmag plus seems quite heavy (though I dunno the concentration). Citric acid (or just any juice from citrus fruit for ghetto) and milk/yoghurt/lactic acid bacteria stuff might benefit you. As another consideration (more for subsequent grows), you might want to keep your light cycle between something like 14-10 and 20-4 (some plants do better on either end of the scale). For more "strict" safe reference, 16-8 or 18-6. Cheers, best of luck hey.

Hi, as i already said you are quite high in nutrients especially in nitrogen. you nearly doubled the recommended amount. Plants need nitrogen yes, but to much makes them sick b) light,,, i already can see a lack of light in the way your seedlings grow, they have thin branches and big internodes.. for vegetation the light is ok but to go on suuccessful think about getting another Light ( my recómmendation a Qantumbord) for more info just come back to me per DM Growing succesfully is bringing balnce in the crucial Parameteers like light+ lightdistance ( Daily Light Integral), Temperature and RH ( VPD), the right growmedium, and watering and feeding as you can see feeding is my last point....because normally you dont have to feed into the first weeks if you grow in soil) greetings

@buddhi_coop,tzhat is a pretty fertilised soil. i wont use them for cloones// seedlings, ii later they like it,,, but to start a plant they aree to hot iam doing my own soilmixi recommend always biobizz allmix and plangron royal mix........ or mixing it by yourself , check my diaries with tutrials /see it in tthe title)..... tthere are soilreciepes inside too But you can delute your fox farm soil with same amount on peat moss and some coco coir.. then it should be easier for the plant

@Mrs_Larimar, yeah lighting is my biggest frustration. Thanks for the help. Do you mind telling me what soil you use? I use fox farm ocean grown & coco loco mixed (not sure why I did that just thought I’d experiment I guess...idk-I was high)

@buddhi_coop,iam not feeding for weeks because the soil is already fertilised.... and i start if they turn pale or limy that means around week 5 or later,,, but if they start stretching after taking them in flower i feed nitrogen, because now they need it and lightdistaance depends in the lights--- not easyy to say it in one sentence

Bro, i see phosphorus deficiency. You really need add it. Formulex have only 0.87% phosphorus, its nothing for flowering

@buddhi_coop, you don't feeding it enough. In your feeding solution too low P. You need fertilizer with a lot phosphorus and potassium. Like Atami bloombastic or p-k booster + higher concentration of fertilizers in general.

@WeedIsMyLifestyle, yeah, shits hella out of wack. I was feeding with big bud, tiger bloom, formulex & molasses. I just bought some Epsom salts to lower the soil ph. I’m not sure if it’s a lockout or if I’m not feeding it enough.
