Hello
So this looks most like thrips damage to me...the bad part with them is they're very small and not always easy to spot. But with the white color and then the blackish looking speckles in another photo I'm pretty sure that's what's happening. In a few photos i think i can see some larger things on the leaves that may be the thrips themselves but I can't zoom in far enough to say for sure. Photo #2 has the most clear shot of them, they're a yellowish color on the leftmost leaf finger and it definitely looks like 2 baby thrips with a body and legs.
In my opinion the best treatment is making an insecticidal soap, using dr Bonner's castile soap, you can find at any store usually...but any other dish soap would also work. I usually take a small spray bottle fill about 3/4 of water and then 1/4 soap, and then spray wherever you see or suspect those little stinkers are. I.S doesn't last a long time so you may need to spray a couple rounds but it will effectively kill any thrips and their babies. It also won't typically hurt your plants or any other living things in the house like pets or people, the only possible negative might be a small amount of soap buildup, but you can always wash that off if it happens. 👍
