Stains on Leaves

How is your airflow in your growspace? I had this quite often years ago and when i improved my ventillation and airflow inside the room it went away and never returned.
If its not that then you have maybe either spilled nutrient on the leaves or its the sign of the start of a lockout.
But really could be the circulation in your tent/room. Its the bottom leaves and wouldnt worry to much but if it starts to spread you'll want to get on top of it.

Weird SeedlingShe is 4 days old seedling with tissue paper towel and to organic soil (biobizz all 80% and biobizz lightt 20%). Only little plain tap water to the soil and water spray twice a day. Under light with temp(23-30) and humididty (50-80).

Light markings on new leaves.I'm on day 9 from putting the seed into a paper towel. Day 7 from putting it in soil. Day 5/6 from seedling sprouting.
Looking closely there are markings on the leaves, what are they and should I be worried? Is the little girl stressed?

Strange leaf deformationHave these strange leaf formation on some of her blades, looks liker the main vein has somehow outgrow/stretch, with no actual green stuff around lol. Several leaves have this. Combined with a slightly general canoeing, could it be from a nitrogen tox ? Growing good though
