Looks like bug damage to me but the pictures blurry to distinguish from what pest. By your description and what I can see it would be either spider mites or thrips. Look under the leaves(where pests live to hide) and see if u can see tiny bugs. Spider mites will usually look like little black dots to the naked eye. Thrips will look almost like tiny whiteish translucent worms. Depending on the species of thrips they can range in color a bit. Also look a touch different at different stages of life. Could be from water dropplets, could be from pests or could be nothing, probably nothing.

Spot on seedling Slow growth - Pest or not?Planted some Pineapple Express Autos a few days ago. 3/4 are developing well so far but this one hasn't even gotten true leaves yet. It has this weird mark on it, has been like that since it sprouted so I figured it would be fine. Is this cause for concern?

Brown spots, nute burn or pests?Some tiny brown spots on her leaves, and slightly pale white spots on the same leaf closer to the stem.
Nute burn?
I have been giving her a misting with distilled water with a touch of liquid karma added. Otherwise looks healthy
None of my other plants have these spots.

Main stem snappedLST gone wrong. Main stem snapped after the last LST session, must have happened a while after adjusting the ties. Taped the damaged area. Will it recover? How long would it take?
It looked like only 25% of the stem was holding it together. The area got red/brownish.

lamp distance from 45 to 65cm now (serrated edges and curling up)
no water with nutrients fell on the leaves. I will try to not spoon feed everyday in this substrate (biobizz all mix)
didn't see any bugs under leaves( no microscope)
