Droopy seedling

I only water as needed, making sure the soil is dry before I apply water. I do not soak the soil all crazy. I pour enough to where I know it’s getting to the bottom and stop. Should I not water this girl for a couple of days, she’s looking a little droopy after watering today.

You should be able to tell if the pots/cups are dry or not by weight, even if there is some rundown, there are times where soil is so dry, some channels might form or the same soil contracts, and the water goes straight trought the bottom from this holes or the borders of the cups/pots. So even when you see some runoff, the soil is really dry.

Are there drain holes? If not, make some, because that looks waterlogged. Definitely don't water again until top layer of substrate is dry.
