Unfortunately once it hermie's you can't change it. If you are growing with other female plants I would kill it as you don't want it to pollinate your other plants. If you really want to grow it you could isolate it from the other plants and finish flowering however you will probably have a lot of seeds with it turning hermie so soon into flower.

No way to stop this. You can try cutting the shots but that is really a lot to do, and there is no warranties that this will really works. But if you have other female plants near there, I think you should kill it. Good luck!
