I've basically thrown all training out the window. I am not doing much more than just letting it grow. The tent really needs more lighting but that isn't going to happen this grow. I presume that flowering will begin within the week. What do I need to be doing right now?

That's some monster plant; I would suggest that you try to force flowering by setting the light schedule to 12/12 if it does not start soon, but before that, prepare the canopy with some training, consider supercroping the taller tops, it's easier to keep the plant height in check with it compared to LST.

Defoliated 2 fan leaves - pre flowering! :(I've just removed 2 big fan leaves that were potential light blockers. I've just read that defoliating when flowering can stress the plant and reduce yield. The first pistels have appeared in the last few days and I only removed two leaves. Is it likely I've ruined it?

why does my soil PH keep going up ? I'm adding water at PH 4.5 and feed at pH 4.5 (alternate) to try and lower it, I add 4 litres and have run off between 1-2 litres but the run off is always 7.4+ at first and 6.2 after the run off.is this normal ?
