How much gram at 300 watt?

How much gramm does mine get from a plant when working with 300 watts full specktrum LED? Have I read the 1 gram per 1 watt is that true?

That's what I heard as well, the led might be 300 watts but the true power draw might only be 130w

So the lamp makes 300 watts and has a power of 124 watts plus 5%. If I now assume the 124 watts, there would normally be just under 100 grams or am I wrong?

Hi growers.
I was reading some stuff about LED, about the light color.
So i have veg and bloom switches, should i keep both on when growing autoflower? Or keep veg until start of bloom and then work only with bloom light ou even both lights on bloom?

Could be this yellowing on newer leaves a light deficency problem?I'm using a Mars Hydro TSW2000 distance 95cm to the mother plant, 140cm to seedlings and power 55%.. testing with phone app Light Meter I'm getting around 8000 lux in mother and 6500 lux in seedling.. I've raised it to 70% power and now getting around 11000/8000 lux mother/seedLeaves. Color - Yellow

using both veg and flower switched to on with led during flower stage?i asked this question once before where i had heard some people when they have a led with individual switches for veg and flower where they have both set to on and the answer came back that it is best to do this but my plants are almost 7 weeks and others here have a lot more budBuds. Not fattening

Is 500 ppfd on new seedlings ok?My light dimmer only lowers to 500 ppfd. I’m starting autoflower seedlings in a space tote before I move them into my perpetual harvest tent. I’m currently propping the light on its side so that the indirect light only hits around 300-400, as an attempt to reduce light bleaching.Setup. Lighting

Lower lighting at switch to 12/12?Do you typically want to lower your lighting when you switch to 12/12?
I'm a little confused about what is meant when they say to have a 12" light distance for flowering and 18" for veg. Does that mean lower to 12" at the switch to 12/12, or just maintain a min 12" distance?6y ago
