How much gramm does mine get from a plant when working with 300 watts full specktrum LED? Have I read the 1 gram per 1 watt is that true?

That's what I heard as well, the led might be 300 watts but the true power draw might only be 130w

So the lamp makes 300 watts and has a power of 124 watts plus 5%. If I now assume the 124 watts, there would normally be just under 100 grams or am I wrong?

qu'elle est le plus important à prendre en compte le nombre de lux ou le PPFD/DLIlux, ppfd et dli. en faisant j'ai réalisé qu'il était dur d'avoir un ppfd entre 500 et 1000 pour la phase plantule sans dépasser les fameux 7000lux on approchent plutôt les 25000lux si on veux atteindre le ppfd souhaitable pour cette phase. comment faite vous?Setup. Which strategy with auxiliary grow Leds ? 3x20w Leds -Thanks !Helps maturing but I wonder if buds are bigger. I used to put 3 extra lights 20 cm below canopy, leave many large leaves at the top and lollypop 30%. 30% is definitely not enough even with those 20w LEDS (50% is probably better). How do you use extra LEDS ? Where do you put them?

Review this model or help me create a DIY COB plus IR plus UVB grow light.I've very limited variety of lights in this country so this is all I can find. Also there are no suppliers who provide spectrum charts or any temperature values for those lights. My goal is to make it with the best possible light spectrum.
