How much gram at 300 watt?

How much gramm does mine get from a plant when working with 300 watts full specktrum LED? Have I read the 1 gram per 1 watt is that true?

That's what I heard as well, the led might be 300 watts but the true power draw might only be 130w

So the lamp makes 300 watts and has a power of 124 watts plus 5%. If I now assume the 124 watts, there would normally be just under 100 grams or am I wrong?

Electrical power calculationActual power consumption of lights is lower than led manufactorer says.
25 leds of 3W each = 75W plus an internal fan plus some other circuits,Total power should be more than 75W and i calculated 58.3W overall.
Vac=220 , I=0.265A

When i grew non auto i just had them 3 weeks then switch the light time and changed 400w to a 600w. I learned that because they used to get hella big. And in Auto seeds i switch the spectrum after 3 weeksWeek 7

Wrong light scheduleScrewed up light timing.
Thought I was on an 18/6 schedule in my tent but apparently it was 12/12 from weeks 3-7. Itβs close to needing to be switched over to flowering size wise. I switched over properly to 18/6 two days ago and plan to keep it there for an extra week. Yes?
