How much gram at 300 watt?

How much gramm does mine get from a plant when working with 300 watts full specktrum LED? Have I read the 1 gram per 1 watt is that true?

That's what I heard as well, the led might be 300 watts but the true power draw might only be 130w

So the lamp makes 300 watts and has a power of 124 watts plus 5%. If I now assume the 124 watts, there would normally be just under 100 grams or am I wrong?

Lights for heat- 24/7 okay?I really need the heat of the lights to keep the inside of my tent warm. To warm the air around the tent 24/7 would be expensive- much more expensive than using the lights all the time. But will this work with 24 hour lights? Will that stress the plants? - I have a greenhouse ceiling that covers 50% of the terrace
- should I grow the plants always under this ceiling, or if it is beneficial to expose the plants to direct sunlight?
- If so, how old the plant has to be to expose it to the sunlight? I don't want to burn my seedling

Distance from bulb or from reflector?I found content about the distance from grow lights to the plants. I Know that using a 250w MH bulb the distance should be in a range from 20cm to 30cm. But i dont know If I should measure the distance from the glass of the reflector or from the bulb itself to the plants. Help!Week 3
