Haw close can I put this lamp?

From my former grow question, but now more specific: How close can I put he arms of this lamp to my little plant? *Whenever there is gods nuclear fusion plant in the sky I will use that one of course.)

I'd start them out between 6" and 8" away from your plant - then monitor carefully to adjust! Since it's probably a pretty weak light for our kind of grow, it may not do much but as I said, it'll be better than nothing. The main concern I would have is how much heat it puts out... You could plug it in away from your plants and test the amount of heat (just feel with your hand)... figure out how far away from the light your HAND is comfortable and start there..

Lights Got Stuck On When It Should Have Been DarkI found last night that the timer for my lights got stuck on for close to 8 hours past when it should have been in dark period. Nanners?Can someone verify my latest 2 photos look like nanners? If so, I’d love some insight on why my plants seem to be so light sensitive. Most growers seem to blast their plants with upwards of 200w with little issue. Mine is sitting at 80w 22inches and it seems to be struggling!5 years ago

Wich of those cheap lights would be advised under 200€ and that would fit both final vegging state and flowering?
The grow space is 80cmx80cmx160cm and keeping in mind that the weather along with the lack of ventilation budget limits my options to colder leds.
