First, most lights have variable output. So, just turn down your lights as needed. I have two lights in my tent. Together they can provide too much for the space but I normally operate both at reduced power. If one light dies I can then crank up the remaining one and it provide 75%+ of what's needed to keep the grow going while getting the other light fixed. I recommend getting a light meter or a meter app for your phone. Phone apps are not completely accurate without a calibration source but they are repeatable and will get you pretty close. With the light meter app and a DLI (Daily Light Integral) chart it is easy to adjust your lights to the optimal level no matter how high they are above the plants. It is far more accurate than asking strangers if you should turn your dial to the 5th or 7th mark on the dial.

Hi there So 1.2 x1.2 id say 450 - 500 watt up .. I would say it’s not necessarily the wattage but the light coverage witch it’s just as important, you want something that will reach all corners of the tent with a decent Par and spectrum.. That size tent a FC4800 would work great as an example. Best of luck 🌱

You will want at least 650 watts of LED, in my opinion. I hope this helps.
