Is my main cola looking right or is it stretching? If I start cutting off all the small growth, fan leaves and little flowers (that barely get light) they are growing on the base of the big branches will I damage the plant?

Many questions there. I would recommend that you use both the veg and bloom switches of your panel, the blue light (veg) will help in keeping the stretch in check. A grow hack for too tall colas? You need to supercrop it, find a still flexible part of the stem put it between your fingers and press firmly until you hear / feel a crunch / snap without breaking the skin, the cola will bend in 90° or so. Finally I would not pluck leaves of an autoflowering plant. The buds will fatten soon, patience.

Your plant to me is fine , pretty well all plants will stretch in order to make room to fully form flowers , I would wouldn't go hard on the defoliation now but to remove a few leaves in order to give the shaded tops more light is okay . I would do a few at a time and then wait a few days to see how your plant reacts . Then repeat the process until you have the desired results . You could also take away all the tops that you think aren't going to be viable in order for the plant to direct more of its energy to the tops that are going to form full flowers . You could also try LST technique in order to open lower bud sites to more light so they can get bigger . Start slow in order to not stress your plant out too much then increase as you fit . All in all your doing well I wouldnt worry to much about the stretching unless your going to run outta space in which case you need to train your plant abit , but if you arent its not a big deal and your in great shape ! I hope this information is useful -Happy Growing!

Supercropping is the only option at this stage, like @Athos says....be carefull, firm but gentle 👻 About the whole plant...it doesn't seem too naked after your recent defoliation, maybe you're just used to seeing her bushier! Imho you shouldn't touch the small growth and little flowers where they stand tho, they're getting more light now (more than you know if you have mylar walls) and I'm sure they'll get bigger...and those little flowers are a great sample of taste during the last phases, when a eventually all of us become greedy lol Happy Growing!
