If you're in very humid area dry with all our most of the levees trimmed off. If humidity is quite low, leave some leaves on when you dry. But every plant and grow is different. The curing process is so important, if you jar up too dry or will have lost all flavour, you want to cure buds that are between 60%-70%rh. This is normally about one weeks dying for me. 👍🌱

Dry trimming seems to work well to avoid that chlorophyll smell at the beginning of harvest. The smell will dissipate from your buds regardless at some point during the drying stage. The smell is inevitable. Currently experimenting with different dry times. But every harvest has been a different experience. 40% humidity and low 70s temps for 5 days worked for my last harvest. Cheers.

Don’t be alarmed, this is normal. That great smell your buds had will come back during the curing process, I promise! It normally will smell like hay if it's not dried for about 14 days or more and cured properly burping the chlorophyll out of the jars (this is what smells like hay) .. generally with a couple of weeks of curing it should start smelling like dank and not hay. You also might want to get the humidity in check it's way too high for the drying stage, you may need a dehumidifier to help with that. Hopefully, this was helpful and remember ..."Happy Growing" and "Free your mind one puff at a time".
