Spray budding plants?

Running indoor/outdoor op. Is it good to spray budding plants that are in the hot sun with water? Need some different points of view. Advantages/disadvantages, Pros/cons, etc...

You can cause burn because the droplets act like magnifying glasses. You can also create a perfect environment for mold. I advise against foliar spraying unless you're addressing a problem.

Yes water and buds do not mix... Vpd being relative to growth "green zone" is good but misting your buds could lend itself to all sort of problems.. Do not do this.. Cleaning buds is one thing... Spraying your plants with water and allowing the water to "sit" is something different. Mold is too much of a concern to even consider spraying in bud stage... I don't spray... I have access to foliar sprays I have no desire to really spray plants... There is not a whole lot of trade off really... The minor increase in growth vs. Not being aware of symptoms as they progress.. Yes foliar spraying can "hide" problems... And doing bad foliar work is "devastating" to a plant so..

If u spray plants in the hot sun with water u will likely scorch leaves. May I ask why u want to spray your flowering plants well sun is bumping on em?
