week 11 it might just be ready.
Have you been keeping an eye on its trichomes?
a lot of growers use this as the main indicator for harvesting. I like around 10% amber, can use a magnifying glass to help yea check.
Others like to combine that with how fast she is drinking water and pistil ratio dry vs fresh to calculate if its ready.

How to reduce yield? (without reducing quality)Can I prune down to 3 or 4 colas? When? Or better to let it grow normally and compost the extra? I've found it too easy to grow way more than I can use.
