This is a Garden of Greens, Critical XL autoflower, could anyone tell why is it growing pollens and not buds ? Hermaphroditism or bad genetics or nutrition stress ? Why ?

Drying Best Practices?Drying ganja for the first time. Buds are in the dark with temp steady at 70F. Humidity steady at 55%. Trimmed fan leaves, but left all sugar leaves. Plant is stinking like wet grass on the 3rd day of drying. Will this smell break down or am I needing to make some adjustments?
