Should I defoliate during flower?

Should I defoliate during flower? I have two Green Crack plants growing right now. I am in early flower stage and one of the plant has some dense foliage under the SCROG canopy that is hurting light penetration and zapping energy I want the plant to use for growing dense buds.

A bit of defoliation during stretch is usually no problem ☺️ Even in deep flower it is often not a problem to remove some leafs. But keep in mind: Every kind of training causes stress to the plant. Thus, always align your training to plant health. Good luck and keep on

Hi there! I've gone and done some LST to my plants, you can see it pictured above. Have I gone over the top with it and was it a bit late in starting? I'm also now thinking of lowering my 600w LED from 60 to 50/45cm for the now LSTed branches. Worth it? Cheers

Do buds that are burnt from getting to close to the led lights recover? Or is the bud just not gonna grow now? I’ve attached some pics below. I included pics of how I found the bud and how it looked over the next couple of days. Let me know. Thanks.

How to know when calyxes are swollen?When I look at my buds, the calyxes look big to me - however, due to inexperience, I'm not sure exactly what a 'swollen calyx' looks like. Seems ready way before advertised flower time Ready to harvest? Not something I usually struggle with but breeder suggests 9-10 weeks flower and I’m just coming to the end of week 8. I upgraded my light recently and it advertises reducing flower time but this seems extreme. Thoughts? Pics are a few days old as well.
