Should I defoliate during flower? I have two Green Crack plants growing right now. I am in early flower stage and one of the plant has some dense foliage under the SCROG canopy that is hurting light penetration and zapping energy I want the plant to use for growing dense buds.

A bit of defoliation during stretch is usually no problem ☺️ Even in deep flower it is often not a problem to remove some leafs. But keep in mind: Every kind of training causes stress to the plant. Thus, always align your training to plant health. Good luck and keep on
