How close to harvest?

How close are these to harvest? I am still unsure when harvesting is done as different places have different advice and I am a first time grower. I have 2 plants of different strains. Anyone know how long I should wait?

Hey!
to know precisely you have to look at the trichomes with a 60x microscope when the trichomes are half amber and half lactiggionoisi and it's time to harvest.
but they seem almost ready I would wait 1 week maximum 2.

Keep your eyes on the trichs for ambering, use a magnifying glass with a loop or just get a jeweler's loop. Also check under your leaves with the loop for spidermites, I see little white dots. Dawn soap and water and spray the buggers if you see any. Cheers

Floweringprogress at day 53 (out of 70-75 days)The lady (Laughing Buddha) has been in bloom for 53 days out of a theoretical 70 to 75 days. The trichomes are now looking quite mixed here and there. Some amber-colored trichomes can even be found on the sugar leaves. What do you think? Should I wait until day 70?Week 14

Is she (auto)flowering!?The first image is from D60, the others D66. The light cycle is set to 18/6, she was in a tent with 8 other plants and no other shows symptoms of flower. The tent had too high humidity the last couple of weeks. Im almost sure she is in 1st/2nd week of flower, but why?is she auto?Week 8
