2 reasons: genetics, of course. Also phosphorus deficiency. With P deficiency, it's often caused by colder nighttime temperatures which make the plant burn through P like you'll eventually burn through the plant. Add some P and the spread will stop.

Leaves purpling?Hello guys,
Noticed some darkening on the new leaves, from the edges to the inside.
I suspect the dark manifestation to be the result of 15-16c degrees at night. Run off ph is on point (5.9), 5/6th w flower, strain(critical either super queen)
What are your thoughts abt it?

Phosphorus deficiency using canna coco on all autoI have the entire canna line except boost, I have a phosphorus deficiency (dark leaves with a dark blue tint on new and old growth.
