I had the lights on for 18 hrs when they're second week of flower...do I just keep it on regular schedule or do I keep the lights off for the extra hours?

Oh, I understand what you're saying now. Just go back to 12/12. No need to make up the dark time, photos can switch between veg and bloom no problem so just put her back in bloom.

They're female 100...I am asking if I keep the lights off for the extra hours they were on for? Or do I just fuck it and keep it on the regular schedule? I accidentally left the veg light on for 6 hours

Regular schedule for autos, stay on 18/6. If they're photo, they're not actually flowering yet, just showing their sex. Good luck mate!

No they were already on 12/12 and the lights were accidentally left on for 18 hours...I'm asking if I keep them off for the extra 6 hrs or not worry about it...???

If they are autoflowers then yes leave the light at 18/6 if they're photo period plants then you need to switch light to 12/12.

Does my LED need more red spectrum for flowerin?I have an HLG 100v2 LED grow light at 4000K. They say 3000K is better for flowering. Does it make any sense for me to add some cheap red LED strips to add red spectrum? I’d rather not buy another more expensive light if I can just supplement this one. See picture.

Mars Hydro FC4800 vs FC-E4800 FC4800 = 2016 samsung diodes| 2,8 µmol/j |1347µmol PPE -- FC-E4800= 2646 bridgelux diodes | 2,7 µmol/j |1328µmol PPE Both are 480watt lights...
