It will be sufficient through seedling stage, but once you get to veg stage you might want alot more.

MORE LIGHT is better, 60w isn't much and will ultimately lead to a very low yield, if you're just growing seedlings thats fine but to get a nice yield you want more light..

Maybe for a single one could be enough As you can check in my profile i used x1 50W LED for two plants, at first week of flora it wasn’t just enough and i set another one up and germinated another two, right now i have a big lady and a little one together per light, and you can see the results you can expect For a single strain, if you don’t have anymore money to invest, i would suggest to go on, you could loose some grams in yields but you will definitely win knowledge and thats something you just can’t buy and for sure there will be something to smoke until the next lady is ready, think in the present, learn from the past, plan the future Thanks for reading i hope my personal opinion and experience helps you in anyway, wish you the best Peace bro!

If your genetics are good and there aren't major issues in your grow you'll be hard pressed to harvest more grams than wattage of the light. So 60W for 4 plants might not go that far and I'd consider more wattage if you are looking for a larger harvest. I'm guessing that your tent measurements are in centimetres which is similar to the tent size that I first used. I needed to really flatten out the plant using Low Stress Training (LST) to keep the plant low enough so it didn't get burned by the light. This meant that one plant fit well and two would have been possible but tight. If your 4 plants are really short you could be fine without training but be careful as the COB lights can get hot.

Going to agree with Hempy_The_Kid here... sufficient for seedlings but poor for flowering. The MINIMUM you'd want for flowering would be 100W and 200W is much better... Good luck!

Servus Bro, ir always depends on what do you expect. Of course it'll work with the COB @ 60W.. You'll get a smaller plant, less dense nugs but still something to smoke... give it a try🤙🤞..which would be my best Tipp for you... and, get a VPD Chart, keep her @ 0.7 kPa and u won't have any troubles at all.. I have mates who use the Sanlight Q1W (which has 50W) and produce very nice buds. Good luck 🤘 Oim.
