She started re-veg again so your good. The yellowish leaves tell me she got hurt someway. Heat stress, taproot broke , dried out, ect.
The new dark green growth is her recovered and starting now. Should see a few more leaves in next couple week s before takes off.

You could try to save it. It might even start to flower, but it's not worth it. The roots probably ran into trouble early on. I would yank it before it develops pollen sacs on you.

Dark leaves and short/compact plant18 days from seedling. Dark and a bit rumpled/twisted leaves. Branches are coming out but they don't have much space to breathe from the big leaves. What happens to my autos ? Too much fertilizer ? Nutrient block ?First week I tried the devil and fertilized my autos as little as possible, knowing it was useless... Big mistake.
After that I could see signs of too much fertilizer, i.e. pointed leaves and since then, slow growth with very small leaves. What has happened?
