What am I missing here? My autos are way behind in growth I guess

Firstly, planted too deep, fill pots till verge in future, now around is a lot of stagnant air, ussually way hotter than plant loves, verges blocks circulation. For future add perlite to mix. Better aeration for roots. If its soil - looks very compact and too moist ( too far watered, outer circle around plant leaf is your area for roots to have all moisture they need) that led to weak root system and small , not strong/healthy plants. Autos wont catch up a lot, you are looking into 4-10g harvest. Hopefully you will adjust your actions and plants will kick in ! Colour is okeish, stems healthy, so all going okeish. Some root stimulant or mycorrhizae would still be beneficial to them. Planet Success - Great White , if you can get it - do it.
