You have a pest infestation, either thrips or spider mites hope that helps

Those are signs of thrips/pest.. yes it's something to worry about. Good thing is won't die right away and can fix it. Your going to need a 2-step approach. An organic pesticide (neemseed oil) , and nematodes for the soil. Spray the leaves with the pesticide and the nematodes are soilders in the soil attacking the larva.

V-Shaped 1st pair of leafes /White Widow Auto Hi i'm currently in my second 'experiment' to grow some auto's. The white widow shows 5 days after germination a v-shaped form of their first pair of leafes. The 2 Royal Jack's are slightly at the same path so i moved my GoLeaf X1 LED (150W) at 60cm distance.
