It seems like the beginning of root rot. So yeah, probably too much water in my opinion.

Maybe try using a more aerated substrate or adding perlite to what you usually use when you change the pot (if you’re not already doing that). In my opinion, it looks from the photo that the substrate might be suffering from poor drainage, which could cause overwatering and consequently root rot.

Almost two weeks old, got her first spot on a leafWhat do you guys think is the cause of this? She is only 13 days old. Is it a light burn? She's getting 16-20 DLI until she develops more leaves. Overfeeding protocols lolOverfed a couple hundred mls last feeding 2 days ago and the soil is still saturated. The plants leaves are wider and almost a neon green...it's not wilting or drooping. What’s happened to my plantAre these ok, 1 looking burnt and the other has a white line through it?
Feeding only bio grow 2 Ml currently with litre of water twice - 3 times a week based on feel and dryness growing.
