Plant has been slow to grow last 5 days. I thought I was over feeding (puffy dark green leaves, burnt tips) so the last 36 hours I have been feeding RO water and H2O2 to flush. Not sure what to do now as I am looking at her. Love and appreciation for any suggestions!

She looks great, I would resume the feeding trying to keep slow, maybe not at your previous 100% but scale down to 80% potency or even 50%. Slow is good, keep on the good care! Happy smokes!

Hi, Sometimes flushing is not the best thing to do. I did the same mistake before. So try to get a dehumidifier and get rid off all the water. Start nutrients again in slow quantities once the grow medium is stable(dry enough and at the ph you like). If you cant get rid of water quick enough, try repotting and start nutrients at a low %. Happy grow!!!

Key to recovery is slowly reintroducing nutrients like the other grow masters said. Let it equalize again. When I flushed mine out accidentally I re-potted her into a bigger bag and let it dry out for a few days before reintroducing nutes. Took a week or so to fully recover from the shock. From my old hydro days I just ran about 1/4 to 1/2 the normal nutrients in the reservoir until it recovered and ramped it backup. Patience, small adjustments to minimize stress,, and daily monitoring are key to recovery at this stage!
