Just being cautious. I had a friend visit today. Long story short, before visiting me she went to a nursery notorious for spider mites. I did not know thisHow much should I be worried? She did not touch any plants directly. I cannot be certain that she had any mites on her. I am just being cautious. What is the best course of action? neem oil soil drench, is it safe?I've seen two ways of using neem oil to get rid of gnats, foliar spray and soil drenching. I've done the foliar spray but was hesitant to drench the roots in neem oil.. I guess by only doing the foliar spray the larva are still eating the roots.. I just wanna make sure thanks 🙏Week 4

I noticed dozens of gnats stucked on sugar leaves and buds trichomes/resin... I tried to pick them by hand but there are too many.
I saw articles about bud washing which seems to be a good thing except for higher mold risk.
