Remove them quickly! They are almost adult citrus flatid planthoppers (metcalfa pruinosa). They can be treated using a solution of water and Marseille soap (50 gr. per 100 cc.) additioned with 900 cc. of denaturated alcohol. 🤞

I'm not sure what the heck those are but they look pretty big. Should be able to see if they're munching on your plant and making babies being that size. If you're not noticing any problems with your plants then they might just be looking to eat the actual smaller nuisance bugs. They may be beneficial. Its can be hard for a nuisance bug to get a hold of your plant when outdoors with all the natural predators. Just keep a good eye on them. Hope this helps! Cheers!
