Probably a bad ballast. Check and make sure the bulb isn't too powerful for the ballast though. That would be the cheapest thing to fix. Good luck friend!

UV LED slowing down growth? Sorry previous question without the question!The plant has a rectangular area in the middle where it is not growing as quickly. The difference is almost 10cm. I suspect the lamp. Could it be that the centrally installed UV LEDs are causing this? They should grow more inside because of more light.Week 7
