Probably a bad ballast. Check and make sure the bulb isn't too powerful for the ballast though. That would be the cheapest thing to fix. Good luck friend!

Tent too hot?I added two blurple lights - I'm not sure how much they're helping growth but they are definitely making the tent hotter - about 5 degrees F. I have a fan blowing at the bottom of the tent and at top over the lights but I'm worried that it might be too hot. Should I ditch them?Week 3

light dilemmaWhen shine only with flower light, i reach 20,000 lux units in the buds area. But when i turn both lights on at once, both the growth and bloom spectre, the lux units increase to 65,000. Is your machine helper leaking light?Everyone has their ACs and dehumidifiers and whatnot machines in the grow space. Are you covering every little light of those machines in the flowering chamber? Many hermies will be avoided with some aluminium tape. Stay safe, cover those lights and grow ganja!Setup. Lighting
