Take a magnifying glass and check out the trichomes. If all of the heads of the trichomes are at least cloudy/milky, it's ready.

She not quite ready yet, prob a week maybe 2 left. The pistils haven't shrivelled yet, also check the trichomes as the others before me suggested.

Did I over-defoliate these? Are they looking healthy for day 22 or so of flower?This is my first grow. I know my plants have a shape problem, I didn't know about LST during veg and wasn't taking it seriously (I tried to train one but it was too late as you can see). I am switching growing mediums and a few other things, moving from indoors to outdoors, from Pro-Mix Organic to Pro-Mix BX.
