Take a magnifying glass and check out the trichomes. If all of the heads of the trichomes are at least cloudy/milky, it's ready.

She not quite ready yet, prob a week maybe 2 left. The pistils haven't shrivelled yet, also check the trichomes as the others before me suggested.

The ideal thing would be to check the trichomes, bro. The pistils can turn brown for different reasons. Good smokes! 👌

Soil PH needs to be increased. What do I do?Hey everyone. I've noticed my plants are getting purple stems and not really growing as much as other plants. Counting flowering weeks according to breeders estimated harvest timeAt week 9 from flipping to 12-12... I read to not count the first week or 2 tho.. Because she technically isn't flowering just yet.. Not till you see the pistils.. And can't miss the beginning of the flower stretch... So that would really put her at week 7 or 8 flower?? I noticed dozens of gnats stucked on sugar leaves and buds trichomes/resin... I tried to pick them by hand but there are too many.
I saw articles about bud washing which seems to be a good thing except for higher mold risk.
Would it be the only way to smoke bug free weed?

Nutriboss v wand problem.My nutriboss is showing my ph as 5.8 but when I double check with a separate wand ph tester it shows my ph as 6.4. Big difference I used buffer on both the nutriboss and the external wand and both are fine. Wtf could my nutriboss ph probe need replacing??
