Look under your leaves, looks like bugs sucking your leaves dry. I had the same problem this year on one of my autos. Neam oil will take care of that

I also think it's too much water. Even though it's hot in the UK, make sure the substrate is quite dry, but not completely. The climate over there is usually quite humid, and the substrate might hold more moisture than you think. The method of checking the pot's weight might help you.

I am giving nutrients once a week (N,P,K) ,also i am growing outside and it was hot these days in UK so I was watering the plant as well 2-3 times a week + 1 nutrient watering.

Nitrogen deficient or overwatering. If you're in flower, phosphorus deficiency is also possible.
