Moby dick auto frist grow,heat problems and humidity to high

Well idk where you are maybe summers almost over, but shouldn't let it get more than that and would be good to handle on the room temp, humidity surrounding the tent, you wont be able to do much inside the tent, unless you have outside the tent covered for that you can use dehumidifier, Air Conditioning for the humidity you can get desiccants(Moisture Grabbers) I think 30-31 is the upper limit for weed before you start to damage it, as well is that the temp under the lights? if you use HID. The only solution I can see is cool the room down, so you can cool the tent down, to about 26. I think 30 is "safe" but you run into more risk of certain pests and molds. As I'm newbie so i have no comment on how "healthy" or not your plants look. Good luck
