Found a few tiny cricket like bugs, I haven't seen before, are they good or bad? I do have a bit of bite damage on some leaves.

Looks like a leafhopper, yeah. which is at least better than having a cricket infestation as they only suck fluid from the plant, rather than eating it. Catch some spiders and let loose around your plant, or just let the hoppers be, they won't kill your plant, but they'll make it look less appealing.

They are called leafhoppers. Although they dont actually chew up leaves they do suck out the fluids wich will leave brown spots on the plant and reduce its overall look.

If it looks like shit, its probably shit. If u see the bugs, and you see the damage, chances are they are doing it. You can leave a camera pointing at the plant to make sure they arent eating it but it would be more easy to simply relocate them somewhere else, however the plant being under atack actually helps in thc production, but it would be better if she was atacked during flowering.
