Nute Burn? Deficiency?

I have 1 plant, unknown strain (photoperiod), that has been giving off a copper/brown colored specs with a yellowing since I started growing it. I'm using the same feeding regimen, soil, and pots as all my other plants which are growing fine (mix of autos and photos).

Try feeding it ph’ed water ar 6.5 for a while then Troubleshoot your plant. Go over every nutrient and quantity you have been adding reduce or increase accordingly to the problem. Hydroponic PPM and feeding. How do I match magnesium sulphate to potassium for flowering??Do I got this right? Hydroponic Flowering cannabis eats at a rate of 1-1-2 and for maximum useage, feeding 1-1-2 makes sense. Extra nutes outside the ratio is wasted and extra. Why the twisting/wrinkled leaves?Why are the leaves curling/wrinkling/twisting?
The plant seems healthy over all, about 9 inches tall/4 weeks old. It looks as if the leaves are too close together causing it to wrinkle, but that also doesn't seem like a correct guess.
