Neem oil all the way. Spray on top and under. Also place some sticky traps. And let the topsoil dry out nice. Growing outside myself and these things really work

Cabbage looper? You can go the neem route. I prefer Dr Zymes. Good luck!

Mild soapy water takes care of many garden pests. I haven't grown outside but do have a decent herb/vegetable garden and lots of roses. I use Dr. Bronner's with water (Not much, just a few teaspoons per gallon) and spray, make sure to get up under the leaves. I get one of those 1-gallon hand-pump sprayers with a wand that makes it way easier to do the undersides of plants. Once a week, then closer to harvest spray well with water just to get any soap residue off.

Unfortunately pests go hand and hand with outdoor growing. It’s honestly one of the main reasons I got myself a tent at the beginning of the pandemic. Nothing like going to trim up your baby and realizing she’s full of bugs. Having never really gone to battle with them, I have no useful tips- but I wish you a successful grow! 🌱

Try a little dawn soap mixed in water, works for mites but don't know about caterpillars..
