Humidity Spike - Bud Rot

THC123
THC123started grow question 4 years ago
Today I went in my tent and the dehumidifier was full and shut off and my exhaust fan broke. Humidity was at 90% for likely 12hrs. Buds were sagging. Back to 40% now and exhaust running. Should I be worried about bud rot?

Keep an eye out for it but you really have nothing to worry about. It would take a prolonged exposure for this to cause bud rot unless it was already forming prior. Remember, they face these conditions out in the wild all the time and rot isn't too common even then.

if it is a 1 time issue, you will be fine.

Bud rot spreads slowly, good thing you fixed the exhaust. Keep the humidity low and good airflow! Happy smokes!

All depends on if you have the fungus in your room. If the plants are healthy and no open wounds no fungus in the room you should be fine.šŸ‘šŸ‘ From The White House
