Leave the light as she is. Like spinner said, that will only hurt yields. When you buy or get ANY seeds they ate like children persay. One will be better than the other(different characteristics). Example: One pheno of my bf phantoms frosted visibly much more. I'm no expert but you would think using the same routine but just a different pot size would affect nothing. That being said what you need to do if you run into a problem with her stretching into the lights is obviously, create a better training regiment/prepare her better BEFORE you flip for the stretch. In your situation you should do some lst and pull the branches that are hitting the light, down. Hopefully that makes sense. 🤘

I've defenitely seen big differences between seeds when it comes to the different pheno types .which can be different smells , colours , and growing characteristics . About reducing the light cycle I would leave it as is and maby hope that your filter can be arranged better to give you a few more inches of play .. The worst feeling your girls are stretching and then they don't stop it happens so much ...good luck and cheers ..
