My plant stopped growing because of a massive stress. Anything I can do? Now I know my yield is gonna drop like hell. Anyway I can improve her growth?

Sure, dial back the nutes, think 0.8 EC (400 PPM) and stop watering every day, let it hunt for water so it develops a stronger root zone. Also it's usual for topped plants to take like a week to resume growing.

I'm worried they will stay small , is there eny simple whey to slow down this process , they are outside.I need a bit of help. Should i raise the lamp to force the strech?I had the light the past few weeks 30cm over the plant on 100% wich has 930ppfd in 20h duration it was all together 65 DLI.
I want to force the strech from now. Do you think i should raise the light up tp 50cm over the plant?

Special Queen from RQS growing in an unusual patternThis plant suffered stress from heat on week 1, so its growth was delayed from the other plants. By week 4, its height was about half of the others. She also split its branches (twice!) and is growing in a very different pattern than the others. Does anyone know the reason why?Other.
