Hi, quick question, if the light cycle isn't maintained with auto flowers how does this effect the plant and are they actually worth the time compared to females ?, Few weeks in this one is... I'm just trying a few things out here

I'm 3 weeks into a skunk auto flowering on 18/6 but have to switch to A 12/12 cycle because I have 3 photos going in the flowering tent im not expecting to much as I've heard this will affect the yield and considering yields arnt great to begin with with auto's I wouldn't recommend this, happy growin growmie ✌️

What do you mean by "maintained"?
Like, consistent, same time every day? Or go to 12/12?
Autoflowers are female tho.. I think what you mean is "compared to photoperiods".. And whether they're worth it, is pretty subjective. Autos require a bit different care than photos, and they're a little easier to stress into hermaphrodites. They generally give a lower yield than photos, but they also flower faster.
- I like autos I think they're worth it, but I also grow photos, as I like cutting them and experimenting, which isn't really a good thing to do with autos.
