Hi, first time grower here, i have some doubts about when to chop down my babies. Do you think you can help me by looking at some pictures (sharing only one bud, all look almost the same) ? I think that it's almost time for harvest, but i'm not totally sure... thanks!

the best way to know if they are ready is to observe the color of the trichomes, amber is the right color to harvest

U want 90 percent of brown hairs , when they curl inwards .
Best way to tell though is with a jewellers loop and check the trichomes . Majority cloudy trichomes with 5/10 percent amber trichs is the sweet spot for me .

you have about 3 weeks left, when the hairs turn brownish red and most of them are that way it will be time to chop, your plant is still getting there

ReplyJust from what I've seen on other zkittles diarys they seem to be abit further along at this point than my one that's all ... I have grown normal photoperiod plants before,.. main reason for trying autos is the time difference that's all, thanks for reply 👍Week 7
