Should I top this 2 week old auto?

Most autos don't take any form of HST very well. You want to do LST, maybe some supercropping depending on the genetics and definitely defoliation. The key is LST + defoliation. Check out my side to get some idea what I mean, I mainly do autos right now

Id say no just by the size of her yet, if you notice she is growing too much for your available space then yeah top her. But that's gonna be better to be a next week sort of decision, still looks too young.

If you don't know the answer, you shouldn't top it at all.. It's an auto, so if you do a poor job at it, it's gonna cost you a big setback. - Start with topping photos til you know what you're doing, and then try your luck topping autos. ^_^ If you want to mess with it, tie it down with some thread. It'll give a similar result, but stress the plant less. Google "Light stress training" to know more. ^_^
