When to top

More often then not I fim them at the 4th node and later on if you want you can also top of fim again a little later

I top above the 4th pair of leaves, a new way I learned to top is by removing the inner leaves by hand it a roll off like a ball, this way does not show signs of stress and continues to grow.

I'd say she looks healthy enough to top now really, if she is growing fast she may not even notice you topped her.

You can top when ever you want but doing it to early will cause some issues with more time needed to recover. I tend to do my first topping around the 3-5th node and then go from there. My one plant I topped multiple times every other node and it made a pretty looking plant. Great buds but it took a bit longer till it was ready to harvest. I think some LST can go a long way as well. in sort, top around the 3 or 5th node and have a plan of where you want to take it.
