Wann und wie mit LST anfangen?

My plants are now in week 3, and I want them to grow bushy instead of tall. I have plant clips that can bend at 90 degrees here.
Is that ready? Or would topping be the better option?

You could either stop them now and tie them down a week later (LST) or start with LST right away :)
With autoflowering, I personally wouldn't top, LST is the best. With photos, you can do both!

Remove the "top" part of the plant. Auxins are the hormones in charge of the shape cannabis plants' take. The tip of the main stem is where the auxins abode, more of the "top" you chop the more auxins you chop off with it.
With hormone ratio altered the plant will now give equal energy to remaining stems or based on vicinity to light.

Hi, I personally prefer topping because they grow symmetrically. When bending, I find it creates more chaos and it's harder to control them. I top as soon as the first 2 nodes are there. You can check out my autos and get an idea; almost all of them were topped in the 2nd week of veg, from day 14 to 16.

Should I defoliate after topping with LST ?I just did my first topping and she took it very well, no signs of stress and actually growing really fast I think.
I was thinking about LST the top colas so the lower ones can reach that height, should I cut the top leaves shadowing the lower future colas?
