Leaf Yellowing?

What is the yellowing in the last pic? The soil is top 20% Atami Cocos, bottom 80% store bought organic super soil. Watering tap water (EC 0.284/142 ppm), pH'd down from 7.9 to 6.5 with citric acid... I think that's probably the problem? Any advice for the high pH tap water?

White apple cider vinegar 1 liter of tap water pH 7.7 at my place I add 1ml per liter of tap water Result 6.3 pH

super soil with life cycle nutes added? difficult to say at this stage and to young to let it evolve. Does your tap water have calcium?

Yellowing tops Got slight yellowing on tops of the big gg but had my led at only 20.5 inches forgot to raise it i raised it to 23.5 hoping it helps but input wanted maby pH problem ? Not bad yet still growing fast and healthy just always wanna nip it in the ass at the first sign of problem
