Not yet, for the highest level of THC, you should consider harvesting when 70-90% of the pistils have changed color, and most of the trichomes are milky/ cloudy, this is when the bud is it's most potent.

When Will the Trichomes be Ready for Couch Lock?I am hoping to achieve the really nice couch lock anti anxiety effects of OG Kush. Botrytis - what to do?had some trouble with ph and then needing to flush. This increased the humidity with already stressed plants. looks like one bud got botrytis. i cut it off the plant. should I cut my losses and harvest now or closely monitor and hope spores do not affect plants?Week 12

Hermied or just a fat calyx?I've pulled about 10 of these off my plant this morning and there may have been more that I missed.

Chopped it !Well, after 63 days at 12/12, I put them into 48+ hours of Darkeness...Chopped and hung in my tent, 74°F, air exchanged 6 times per minute. Hung for 14 days. The Manifold/HST plant, Sugar Rush(Indica), made 4+ oz of trimmed bud. Still have the White Hot Guava(Sativa) to clean.Week 7

What's going on here?Some buds on both strains are showing this look. It isn't widespread but is on 3 of 5 plants. Close to harvest and isn't a major deal but do want to know for future grows.
