I agree to cut all remaining vestiges of the infection off ASAP. But I would just keep a diligent eye on them and cut out any further sign of rot. The rest look fine and I would not harvest so early. I don't see any caterpillar residue. Were there any tiny brown caterpillar turds you cleaned off? Because this is also what caterpillar damage does. Have you sprayed with BT? I would if not just to be careful. Then wash off harvested branches in a deep bucket of water with hydrogen peroxide then hang outdoors out of the sun till totally dry to the touch before hanging to dry in your drying area. Hi there! Yes unfortunately that is bodrytis / bud rot and all you can do now is to cut off all the affected buds and toss them away. Keep checking if you see anymore even the slightest rotting elsewhere 'cos if you catch it early it might not spread but as I learned from my outdoors grow thsi year, sometimes they rot no matter what you do 'cos weather cant be controlled

I have no clue about bud rot sorry. Photo reminds me of a plant that suffered guttation. I wouldn't see sap but would find by touch (it was a terribly under-fertilized plant as I misread the nutrient ratios).
