I thought about harvesting her in about a week. I cant really take a good look at the trichomes sadly. Her strain is "Quick One" and shes an autoflower.

Bro sometimes genetics are shit. It looks like you got a dud but hey give her another 3 weeks and see if she develops further, what do you got to loose?? For reference check my black lemon haze auto I think it was that I had to cull early. If not it was my other purple one.

I'd probably give that 3 (maybe a few more) weeks...it seems kinda underdeveloped/immature, but I'm not sure coz of the strain.

I would go longer. Buying a pocket microscope is really money well spent. With it you will be able to more accurately know when to harvest. Without it I'd look at the pistels and you still have many that are still light green and a long way from turning amber. I also look at the flower size and fullness. Your's appear small and immature and could use more time to grow and fill out. And lastly there is the general condition of the plant. Many auto's will look like they are getting ready for fall as they approach being ripe. The leaves will start to change color and lower leaves may start to yellow and drop off.

Hi mate, it looks like she can go a little longer to me. I'd be keeping her running. She may be an auto but they can take longer than advertised to get to their full potential. If you really want to harvest now you'll need to look at the trichomes and see if they are clear, cloudy or amber. But I'd recommend keeping her going. Hope this helps mate 🙂
