Dry spots on leafs ?

I’ve found some of the leaves with small light green spots and after a day the spots are bigger and dry, the leaf crumbs where is dry, nothing has changed in nutrients or water, can anyone help ?

Deficiency ? Chlorine from tape water ?Spots appeared after last watering, 4 days ago. It doesn't seems to evolve to more spots. Using basic gardening soil. Chlorine in tape water X 4 those days, because of covid-19. So if not a deficiency, might be Chlorine ? Or Chlorine killing life on the soil? Suggestions ? Help!

Fertiliser burn A few leaves of my bush have this little brown spots on them, I googled this and made a conclusion that it is a fertiliser burn. I assume it was done with “Root booster”. Can I continue using vegetation fertiliser? Do I need to remove damaged leaves? Any other actions needed?
